I have just moved my breeding pair from the community tank to the new breeding tank. One day after they are moved, they become quite agitated and constantly swim up and down like there is no tomorrow. They are eating ok and seem to have stress bar shown on their body. Water parameter is ok. Can anyone please let me know what is wrong with the pair?

Most likely because they are in a new environment. Give them time to settle in and they'll be o.k.

Margot is correct. The move into a new tank is the reason for the behaviour of your discus. They've probably also gone from a planted tank to a bare bottom tank, so they need time to get used to that too.

Time will solve all your problems :P
