hey all been working hard at getting my tank right and its running great now. Ive put in new lighting ( four x 4ft lights) the new introduction of pressurized co2 system and a pile of new plants which thanks to roy a non forum member was kind enough to give me at a great price... New fish are the next on the list... he he he more discus!!!!

Looks like you got some mondo grass in the front left,If so, lose it as they are terrestial plants and will die in a couple of month's.

cheers guys ill give you an update in the next couple of weeks when I get my new discus as well
