Chris
I recommend the Hydor range.
both internal and external.
At the moment i have a 400 watt hydor internal heater and it works perfectly.
i would be careful with cheap heaters, as pro aqua are a cheap heater. I use them in my water aging barrells which do the job, but a month ago one of them went on the blink, so i chucked it out.
having a good heater is an investment for your tank, and i recommend heaters with a long warranty.
