CO2 Refill

Hi Guys,

Been running down to couple brewery stores around my area (Caulfield - Oakleigh) to refill my cylinder.
They told me they don't refill, they only act as an agent (Air liquid)

Anyone knew a brewery that do refill? I tried to stay away from BOC because I heard they are expensive.

My bottle is about 30cm tall x 15cm or less.
