Ok i have the following foods that i feed to my discus, :wink:

*Tetra bits
*Frozen blood worms
*Frozen brine shrimp
*Shrimp pellets
*Frozen discus mix

Im planning on making some of LR's beefheart mixture wen i have some time...but would the foods mentioned above be enogh for my discus to grow,breed etc?? :D

Making your own beefheart is the way to go, but if your lazy like me, I can recommend Discus Dinner.
