Hi all.

Long time no post. Are there specific trade names for those discus that are BRIGHT green (with very little striping) and bright yellow (usually with more striping.

I have room for one more discus (4 now with a ghost knife in a 55 gal.) and would like to go "premium."

Welcome back sleepers.

Bright green, hmmmm the only one that comes to mind is an 'Ocean Green'. They are a bluegreen colour withe no stripes at all.

As for a yellow with stripes, hmmm not so easy. You might be thinking of a yellow melon, or maybe a marlboro gold. Could also be an albino turquoise, or an albino snakeskin.
