hi everyone was just wondering what the best substrate was for saratogas also is it ok to plastic plants and lime stone rocks and drift wood in the tank aswell or just the substrate, any help in setting the tank would be good chers matt :D

No limestone rocks and as much free swimming space as possible as they will get big!! Substrate is really up to you....
