Given that most of the leading breeders all use BH, I doubt some comments will sway anyone.

I use Breeders Premium, and I use BH, that wont change

also, I should point out, that most BH mixes I use are laced with other ingredients, which include many additional vitamins and minerals.

Yeah, I use both as well. Everyone tells you something different, about what to feed your discus, and what not to feed them. I just thought it was interesting reading.

I also feed both the breeders premium dried food as well as home made beef heart mix (frozen brine shrimp/mysis shrimp and blood worms aswell)

The best way is a varied diet not one food but many.
