talk about a unique fish - is it somehow related to those nebula discus doing the rounds perhaps - or is it some kind of 'freak'

I understand that these are calico or nebula discus.
There are a few places that I have heard of that are developing this strain.

The fish posted is not the nebula/calico/koi ghost discus.

Nebula/calico/koi are all derived from the 'Ghost discus' strain.

This is some funky weird mutation.

Have seen somthing 'similar' to this before in a white swan x brown SS. The fish i seen was more of an OB type fish but i'm guessing it could be some sort of white swan/snake skin cross.
