:D
Hi guys just up loaded a few pics of my first baby discus
lets hope they have many birthdays

Mum is the only one to carry the babies she fights the male away all the time. She only grew slime after 3 days of free swimming? had to hand feed the babies. Lucky I am midwife..

Lesxda, :D :D Gidday, Congratulations, a great occassion aint it.
I do not know wether it is the right thing to do, I have removed the male from my Blue Diamonds after same hounding, Female doing really well looking after young (some 8 days now) and growing well.
Started feeding newly hatched Brine Shrimp 5 days after free swimming and fry really taking to it.
Look forward to more pics as you progress.

Fantastic photos Les. As Colin says, you may need to remove the male if she keeps giving him a hard time. She will manage to feed the babies all on her own.

on the 10 day the mum decided that she had enough of the babies on her and decided to resume friendly relationship with dad. babies were moved into growing tank as numbers were decreasing!!!!!!!!!! feeding on fry food and frozen baby brine and on the 12day some real baby brine we got to grow..
