Silk Plants

Hi,

just wondering if it is detrimental to spawning if one puts a silk plant through the hole in a terracotta pot. Is it too much for them, or will they appreciate it. I've read that they like it bare, but I feel sorry for them and want them to be comfy

Silk plants work well in the discus tank. Your fish won't mind, one way or the other, but if you like the look of plants, by all means put one in the top of the pot. :P
