Aqua One ar620T 150L aprox.
added an extra cf1200 canister. and ive used one box of the ehime substrate pro. IS THIS ENOUGH???? for my tank.
just thinking of getting about 4 discus.

With that size tank, I would suggest 4 discus will be fine, but no more. You could add some nice tetras, and perhaps a few catfish for the bottom, and that will be fine.

One box of Eheim Substrate in your filter will be sufficient to grow a bacteria colony which can handle that many discus. Naturally, you will be doing water changes every second day, so the filter will not have a large bio load to deal with.
