brought a uv light today 18w just installed it hopeful it works well and makes my water super clean. is driftwood good for my water just wondering how it would benefit my tank. :lol:

how much did u pay for that ? i also use it in my tank, and it help reduce algae soo much. I heard that driftwood can help to reduce the pH level, but not very sure.

driftwood makes the water softer. doesnt really alter the ph too much...
uv lights r pretty expensive arnt they? (i cant remember the price because i havent needed to get my blue tongue a new tube for a long time now)?????

Driftwood adds natural tannins to the water which your discus will just love.
