GSS hatched out today but problem

I have noticed with the GSS fry that some of them dont seem to hatch out of the egg well, some half do it. I can see like a round ball with a tail hanging out but the baby is dead. This hatching maybe 1/4 were like this. Is there any thing I can do to help this problem?

This is where the parents should be helping the fry out of the egg and then spitting them back onto the cone.

Sorry, nothing you can do about it. It's a learned parenting behaviour.

Yep, the parents should be busy freeing those fries and transfering them to a cleaner place. Guess you can just sit back and watch them do the thing.

I have babies a week old, some that are free swimming today and eggs laid yesterday. I will ask Leanne if she will take some pictures for me.
