its a broad spectrum medication it has phenoxyethanol and formaldehyde also brilliant green and malachite in it suppose to treat white spote,fin and tail rot slimy skin disease and body and mouth fungus its a western australian product all the fish shops over here sell it. :D

Don't know anything about the med you mentioned but I think you would find it far cheaper to use peat, Canadian Sphagnum for example rather than a bottled retail product.
