Gill problem

Hi,

Woke up this morning to find one of my 6 inch discus has an inflamed gill on the right side, have never come across anything like this before wanted to know what procedure I should take to get the little guy healthy again.

Doing 50% water changes every other day. 450 litre tank, nitrate and nitrite are basically 0 and my ph is around 7.

Any help is much appreciated.

Could be gill flukes, try a salt dip as described in this thread.
