Tank Water

Just wondering if someone could help me please. In a couple of months we are moving into a house which has tank water and I am not sure if that is going to affect my Discus after being in town water. I have only just got back into them again after a 5 year break and I don't want to lose them. Can someone give me suggestions please on what to do. Thankyou

It all depends on the condition/parameters of your new water, it might be better for them. Until you test it against what you have in town we can't tell one way or the other. Post up some water parameters.

Not sure what the difference is between 'Town' water & 'Tank' water. Need more info on parameters of both. "T"

Town water is municipal water supply and tank water is collected rainwater.
