Need help

My discuss are i good but they dont open their fins when aqurium light is . When i off the main light and switch on my low light they open their fins and move more freely.... i dont understand why...

your discus don't have eye lid so if the main light is high they are uncomfortable and they close their fins ,how old is your tank and is it BB or is it planted ?

Thank You sayid for your comments... yes my equrium is planted but i dont know how to upload video here.... i want to show you my tank.... my main tank light is vommon tubelight we use in our home .... and my other setup light is green zero power LED bulb....

the best advice i can give you is keep reading how to care for discus ,there are a lot of sites that give you valuable information about discus ,what you need is discus care for beginners.
