Using big L for the first time

How do I use it. I'm going to add it to there water as they are not eating atm.
I know it's 1ml to 7 lts. But thats all I know
Do I need to dilute it with water them slowly add it or ???
And then what do I do?? W/C. Next day. How much??
Any advice would be great.

add 1ml of big l to every 7L of tank water.
48hours later do a waterchange and clean the gravel really well.
repeat every 2 weeks for 3 doses total
