Hi I noticed these red sores on my discus and 2 of my flying foxes the red melon behind the blue cobalt has one on the bottom lip and it is not eating the cobalt and the foxes are doing fine for now.

If treatment is warranted, potassium permanganate is often effective.
Well I treated my hole tank once overnight and 5 days in a row 30 min then water change 70% I used 1.7 g for a 640 liter tank and I'm happy to say all is well disease is gone all is left is a white pale mark
