pigeon bloods with bars

Ok - I just got a stunning looking pigeon blood today that has stress bars and some very subtle grey colours that is definitely not peppering. See pic.
Is this a result of the golden gene or ghost or are there intermediates between normal and pigeon blood discus?
I have seen some other around recently that people have called rainbow discus.
Any ideas?

That is the golden gene causing that look in your discus. Nothing to do with pigeon, despite there being some resemblances.

Looks like quite a nice discus.

Thanks for that. After doing some more research I agree that it is the golden gene. It is a spectacular fish.
