Water hardness kH and gH - what is best for Discus

Can anybody please explain or confirm what is the preferred kH and gH for discus? Thanks :D

Hi,
Ok, I will make it simple for you, GH (general hardness) range 0 - 3, KH (carbonate hardness) range 0 - 3 for Discus.
What you will need to do, is go to your nearest aquarium supplier and ask for a a dual GH & KH test kit, this test kit will come with a pamphet
explaining how to use the drops and there is a chart explaining the range for Discus etc.

Stability is more important then any given value. My advice don't mess with it. Just use drift wood in your tank to bring it down slowly.
