is this discus sick

Is my Discus sick or healthy. Seems like he has white stuff at the end of his gills please help.

he's sick looks like he doesnt like your water he's got excess slime all over him and clouding of the eye.

what are your parameters and how long have you had the fish?

I have had him for 6 years. I did a water test the other and I found my ammonia was a little high so did a water change and going to test again tomorrow. Everything else is fine in the parameters
