tiny white worms

hey all not sure if this is the right section to post this,but was doing a wc and saw some white worms floating around in the tank,what are they and are they a problem???
if so what should i do??

Hi Marty,

Probably Planaria, usually the result of overfeeding.

Research planaria, increase water changes, reduce feeding and make sure you syphon out excess food.
