Hi Guys

Just wondering what your thoughts are on this one? Sold to me as a Blue Snakeskin.

I've had it for about 2 years - about 15cm.

beautiful looking, healthy fish dave

snakeskin gene is only really noticeable in the coloration around the head, dorsal fin and tail, so in all honesty I'd be more inclined to guess that this fish has resulted from breeding of blue diamonds, cobalt blue turqs and snakeskins - a bit of a crossbred you could say, a good fish to use if you're trying to go for a new strain, or you could breed with any of the three strains mentioned above to strengthen particular coloration traits in the fish.

regardless of breeding, this is a very healthy fish with a well rounded body and lovely blue coloration - nice work on keeping a fish in this condition, not always easy with discus.
