discus zit....

hi, i woke this morning to see that one of my discus has some sort of discus zit looking thing. i know it's not a pimple, but that's what it looks like. any ideas of what it is and what i can do about it?

i was watching the same fish today and noticed that when it pooped it was very liquidy...almost like it had dioriha (spelling?).

what's going on with my discus??? it seems fine, swimming around as usual, eating and interacting like usual......

I have learned through reading these forums that stringy poop is a sign of Hex. However, I am not sure that Hex will cause a pimple. But if you do a search on Hex it could be a start.
