Moving fish

Hey all I plan on moving my 8 young turqs from there 3 fter to a 4x18x18 on the weekend.
What's the best proceedure to do this. Water wise I can age about 100 lts of water with supa chlor and add the 3ft tank water and add fish and slowly over time add aged water. Or I can fill the 4ft tank almost full and add supa chlor and let that age for 24 hrs the add old 3 ft tank water while adding fish.
What do you guys think I should do.

I should have also said I need to move the 3ft tank to set up the 4ft tank that also means moving the fish into another tank for a day or so to setup the 4 fter
