anyone know how "Hoilday fish blocks" work?

did anyone using that white "Hoilday fish blocks" before?
is it the fish absorb though the water or its a real food?

cause my fish get illness and skinny and not eating
i am thinking, can i used "Hoilday fish blocks" to keep them alive?

pretty sure its just a feeding block as in they eat it.

if your fish are wasting away try treating them for worms and internal flagellets

Don't use them they're useless, better if you don't feed anything, follow illusn's advice.
