Just wondering if anyone has used this in their sump and did it help,does it get clogged or how often do u need to wrinse it.As I'm thinken of using this in the first stage of my sump between the noodles and filter wool

No, it's easy to use and maintain I've used mine forever and it doesn't require any maintenace at all just change the filter wool when it turns dark and the mat will stay clean.
