Cleaning old set up

I have just cleaned my old tank which will b come a breeding tank.So here goes i had a snail infestation (large) in which i put in 125ml of snail rid and left tank like this 4 a week,yesterday afternoon add a tea spoon of pp to tank and let it run 4 three hrs as to sterile and kill every thing after which i emptied the tank and cleaned the whole @$@% thing using liquid chlorine including the 2180 c/f and all, over kill yes.Now its refilled and running again.I'll do a month of water changes b4 i think about putting a breeding pair in there.Have i missed any thing.

should be good, a 4-10x dose of prime will sort out any residual chlorine, just do that before your 1st water change and all will be sweet
