Help, just notices small white worms on the glass

I just turned on the aquarium lights and for the first time notice lots of very small white worm looking critters all over the front of the glass.
Does anyone know what these could be and are they harmful to the discus?

Its planaria and no they arent harmful at all .They are a sign that your over feeding your fish or not cleaning the gravel well enough or both.

oh i see, thankyou. yeh have some new discus that im trying to get eating different foods so that would explain it. cheers for the quick reply
