Help with San Merah

Hi All,

I am looking for some expert advice on how to treat an ill Discus of mine.

About 1 week ago I noticed that one of my San Mera had a small cherry like thing sticking out from her Anus I have done nothing different to the tank nore have I added any new fish.

It has been a week and still it has yet to subside, I have added a little salt not much maybe 3 tablespoons with the last water change but as I said still no improvement.

The fish is still eating and passing fine.

Please help me find a solution to her problem.
