After visit to Burnning planing to Diy some cube tank using 10mm thick glass for the pool side fence , i just need to get 4* of 1200cm*1300cm =$110each cut to four , for sure i 'm not cutting it's only $5 /cut and $5 for edging it .i need $ 440+80= tara ! 4 cube glass cut the size .
Glue? the white silicon can do the job but thats some black silicon out there are much better cos my 6 footer import from USA with it .
Is any body know where can i buy this black silicon?

Colured silicon - bunnings.
Cutting toughened pool fence glass - can't be done.

if you cant source out the glass size you want maybe tryquarium grade acrylic? Theres a shop in this thread http://www.aquariumlife.com.au/showthread.php/35209-Acrylic-Panels-3m-x-2m-x-40mm-Group-Buy?p=330942#post330942 that can supply the acrylic, not sure if they can ship it out to you though?

Not sure on price though might cost alot more..

Like this glass cos the edge are perfect , thick so reduce electric consumption ( heater). don't cut it yourself glass shop cut $5 /cut
the purpose of black silicon are not mouldy and strong.

But you can't cut toughened glass!
Which is what the glass for pool fence is made from.
