FISH DINNER beef heart any good? pop out blocks

Is "Fish dinner " beef heart in pop out blocks good for discus? has no nutritional breakdown so no idea of protein content ???

think about making your own mix - so much cheaper and if you use a good mix like merrilyns recipe - i believe its posted as a sticky? - they'll really enjoy it.
also turns out a LOT cheaper :)
