I have a new pair formed and was wondering what the outcome would be cobalt female x chocolate alenquler. They are guarding some eggs. I know they won't survive but interested to know anyway as they are both really nice shaped and marked fish

my two cents...
Its too hard to know as one or neither may throw true. Meaning the genetics may be so that the fish itself looks A but its a dominant carrier for appearance B or even bC or aB so the result would likely be mixed and unpredictable.

Wait it out? i have seen domestics throw wild traits much more than once, and unfortunately the reverse too.
