Hi,
Anyone have any good ideas how to disinfect a tank that is fish-less but still running.
I have plastic plants, timber, a few ornaments and gravel about inch and below.
Can I just add chlorine and then do 3 or 4 water changes and then add prime? Will that kill everything? Eggs also? if I leave the heater running at 29c and chlorine in for 3 days or so?
Need to get this sorted as my fish got gill fluke when I replaced them in the large tank so I have them in the QT again. Don't want the fluke to build up resistance to meds so need to get it sorted this time.
Thanks
