Today i purchased a new heater for my tank its a Eheim Jager and i just want to make 100% sure can i fully emerge this heater cable and all ? the instructions are a little condescending one page it says you can and it the warnings it says not to.

I RUN ALL MY JAGER HORIZONTALY ON THE BOTTOM OF THE TANK, YOU CAN SUBMERGE ALL BUT THE PLUG

Yep - definitely submerse all but the plug!
