Should I worm

This is the discus form emergency room (discus not feeding) discus eating 4 time a day beefheart its had lots of water changers and 3X a day for 3days of Metronidazol, should I worm and if so what with.

I would not worm. This fish needs time to recover. The best medicine now is clean water

What to do with this discus, its a 6" plus discus in small tank 20L with only airstone and a heater, I do have a 45Ltr tank would this be better for the discus and I could put a foam filter (not seeded) I also have a fully planted mixed aquarium (1x large Angelfish 5x smaller Angels and 1x 4"Bristlenose, don't think 20Ltr for a month or more is an option.
