When treating the tank with Protozin, instructions suggest to add treatment on days 1,2,3 and 6.

Are you supposed to do any water changes at any stage?

What is wrong with your fish?

Hi Boxters.

Fish are ok.

I have tiny little white worms swimming in the tank near the surface. I also have some small little parasites on the glass.

I have been doing a 30% water change twice weekly. I have been siphoning any droppings and food off the bottom. The tank is bare bottom so I have been able to make sure I get all the crap out when I siphon.

Uv sterilizer is working through eheim and I have a sump filter as well.

I have tried adding salt a few times but it hasn't eradicated the problem.

I haven't been over-feeding and have no ammonia or nitrate etc.

I think my problems came about a few weeks back when I got my daughter to feed fish. She must have put in too much.

I haven't been able to get rid of these things since.

You are funny man. Why did you not call me when this started? They are not worms. They are called planairia. They are harmless. Put 2 bristle nose cats in the tank and they will be gone almost overnigh. Some fish eat them, but discus don't

You feel free to call anytime. Just leave them, they will eventually go

Marlon is 100% correct planaria are reasonably harmless to discus but generally indicate a not so clean tank remove unearth food after each feed give the glass a wipe each waterchange and they won't be a problem.
Save the protozin for whitespot or fungal infections.
