G'day all,

Just wondering if someone can give some detail info on promethyasul since there is nothing on the bottle eg, whether water changes are required between doses, if it's safe to use with discus, if it affects the filter, if it's safe for us to use and if not if there is an alternative med, will really appreciate it, thanks. :D [/b]

Promethasyl

This is a very light treatment which is very good with discus. It has three drugs in it which will not harm your filtration. It is only good for treating bacterial outbreaks. It will not help with any internal issues. It is a light blue liquid as a result of some meth blue. you will need to do a 50% water change after 3 days.
