Can you guys tell me whats good discus food to feed 3 week plus old discus please? beside just bbs.

blood worms, you can chop them up abit and grind some flake up.

frozen blood worms are fine just don't make it the only thing they eat. Variety in their diet is key.

finly ground beefjeart mix is best just grate it on a cheese greater it will stick to your sponge filter and the fry will graze on it all day.
also bbs is excellent.

I don't like feeding frozen bloodworms to fish under 6 months. While discus love them, they have a hard exoskeleton which can cause a blockage of the intestine. Once the fish have a bit of size on them, frozen bloodworms are fine.
Fry do better with crushed flake or granule food, BBS, and finely grated beefheart.
Clean water is the key element with raising fry. Do a 50% waterchange twice a day and wipe down the sides and bottom of the tank to remove any residue.
