Just don't believe all the rubbish they write in their advertising, such as this

LED lighting systems are extremely energy efficient, only consuming 1W per LED. Grow LED will save you around 70 - 80% of energy costs compared to other traditional lighting systems.

good point 1w/led is fine till you string 90-120 of them together, still LED's will be the futre, I'll be testing some plant grow LED's (only 15w each) on some tanks in the new year.
