hey guys hello, i havent been here for a while.
need some advice,i have been playing around with a few adult discus over the past year or so,i have two pairs(i think)and both have layed eggs on there cone, one pair always eat there eggs, the other pair has layed a few times and eaten there eggs, but in ths case 1 fish was very dominant.and the dominant one would always eat the eggs.
so what i did was put the dominant fish with the other dominant fish,i thought these fish were male and female, they both took a liking to eachother almost imeaditly. and a storm came through on monday and they layed eggs as they normally do when a storm comes over.
this time eggs are looking good and they havent eaten them....yet...
the dominant one is guarding them and fanning them and doing a good job.but the other fish i on the other side of the tank keeping clear of mum.
any suggestions on what i should do would be good, should i remove less dominant fish?????????????????
any feedback would be great.

cheers boydie

If they have not eaten them yet, leave them alone, see what happens. Good luck.
What combination have you matched up?
