Just thought I'd let you all know that Cairns local and founder of Dupla and Dupla Tropica, Horst Kipper passed away late last week in Cairns Base Hospital.
He will not only be missed by the Cairns and Australian aquarium industry but by a great number of motor enthusiasts in Far North Queensland as he was the founder and owner of the MakoTrac International Racetrack at Mareeba.
