A few new pics of some of my shrimp.
I love the brownish colour in this guy. I have a bunch of shrimplets with similar colouring. I will have some for sale real soon. ;)

The CRS and CBS have a 2 ft tank all to themselves. ;) Discus temps would make short work of CRS.

Very true. Its no big deal when RCS and Chameleons get picked of by the Discus, Rams and Apistos but if they were snacking on expensive CRS/CBS id be less than impressed.

So, I gather the breeding rate of the RCS and Chameleons is sufficient to maintain a colony, or do you need to breed them elsewhere to maintain the population in the discus tank?
Cheers,

The RCS population isnt thriving but its hanging in there. I think that it may be due to the Chameleon population. They are breeding like crazy. I have no need to breed them elsewhere as the tank has plenty of cover. Many shrimplets end up in the Eheim Classic and grow quite happily in there also.
