How big are they? Personally i would say that all 3 fish are stunted and are very dark but thats probably due to the poor quality photo.

A bit off topic but you say that the fish hides all the time?

the large one is 12cm, smaller ones 8cm
and yes he hides all the time except for feeding, he then take the dominate position

i agree these fish look stunted and not very happy. Large eyes and small body
