I don't quite understand your question.. what to you mean by 'clean them' and what are you looking to medicate them for?

i meant clean them for Parasite

I always do as I have had flukes kill off tiny fry before.

I use PP but I would prefer not to share the recipe as it is very strong and of not done correctly can be fatal. But there are excellant threads on this on this site that I am sure would help. Just do a search.
