Hi all i have a high fin blue discus approx 6 cm that has stopped eating and is very skittish and tends to go a bit dark do you think this could be a case of worms because i am feeding my discus regularly on hikari frozen blood worms i have read that even frozen blood worms can cause problems i am also feeding spectrum pellets with garlic. If i have to worm the fish how do i go about doing this and what medication is the best?

Do a search on here Andrew about Big L - it is Levamisole and is used for worming.
But the sysmtoms could be other things too so better do a bit of reading.

What are the water parameters? High ammonia levels can make discus go dark, quit eating and make them skittish. Check ammonia and other toxin levels A.S.A.P. Have you gotten a look at any of his poop since he's been acting like this?
