Right gill not being used

Hi, not sure if I have reason to be concerned but one of my larger discus seems only to be breathing through the left gill, the right only barely moving with each breath. Other than this he seems fine and is eating like normal.

Is this a sign of illness or parasites?? Should I be concerned?

Any ideas would be great.
