Can i refill my tank after dose of prazi ??

Hi guys. I half emptyed my tank for a dose of prazi. I Was going to take out 25% Then refill all the way . Or better yet Drain most then refill the tank . Ideas anyone ???

just top up, if you really want you can drain but it wont make any diffrence.
